I’m currently based in Northamptonshire, but the map below shows the location of my regular clients. For me, it’s all about working with fantastic companies, you know, the kind that are really doing something different and going somewhere. Call me crazy, but I actually really enjoy catching an early train so I can discuss the latest project with a client face to face. So if you’re in another part of the UK and you’d like to get me on board, please don’t let geography affect your decision.

At our meeting, I’ll listen carefully, asking pertinent questions so I can get to grips with your business needs. I’ll suggest some communications strategies, and give you a straightforward quotation, should you want me to put these strategies into practice. I pride myself on honesty, integrity and results. If you want me to write a press release on a subject so dull, no newspaper would print it, I will tell you, saving you time and money.
If you decide you would like to go ahead, and employ me as your flexible, great value marketing guru, I will send you a short contract, stating what we’ve agreed, and ask you to sign it and return it to me.
As a rule, I work to a 10 day turnaround for non urgent copy. If you want me to respond to breaking news, however, that’s a different matter. Call me any time, and if I’m free, we could have your press release out there within the hour. I still work as a journalist and love a good deadline!
I’ll invoice you at the end of the month for all work I’ve done that month, even if it is midway through a project. I ask for payment within 30 days, and enforce this using Moneyclaim Online.
When I send you the invoice I’ll also send you a customer satisfaction survey. It’s extremely important to me that my clients feel my services are fantastic value. One client recently commented that the work I’d done was ‘worth it’s weight in gold’, and that’s what I’m after! If you ever feel otherwise, do get in touch.
